HOWL-O-FEST officially opens with the Meijer Kids Costume Parade. Kids in costume will parade down the Picnic Grove path and into the HOWL-O-FEST area. Weaving their way around all the way to the MEIJER Parade Stage where a panel of judges will select the best costumes of the day. Make it good, the first place winner each day for Best Costume will walk away with a FABULOUS PRIZE!
